Overview: Your Rugby Club is seeking a committed and organised volunteer to lead our Club Shop. This essential role involves overseeing all aspects of the shop’s operation, from stock management to planning opening times, to providing high-demand items like club clothing, rugby essentials, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Stock Management: Organise and maintain stock levels, ensuring essential items like gum shields and club clothing are always available.
Customer Engagement: Gather feedback from club members on items they’d like to see stocked, aligning offerings with member needs and interests.
Sales Strategy: Help identify popular, high-margin products that will generate revenue for the club.
Volunteer Coordination: Recruit and manage a team of volunteers to assist with shop operations during busier times.
Operational Planning: Set and manage shop hours that suit club events and member availability.

Skills & Experience:

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in retail or customer service (a plus, but not essential)
Ability to manage volunteers and work as part of a team
Passion for supporting the club and enhancing the member experience
Decision making by working closely with the Club Committee
