3. Sponsorship Administration Officer


Job Title: Sponsorship Administration Officer

Overview: Your Rugby Club actively seeks sponsorship to help the club achieve goals, buy equipment, deliver on projects and much more.
We are seeking a dedicated and organised individual to take on the essential role of Sponsorship Administrative Officer.

In this volunteer position, you will be required to help our Fundraising Office with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Emailing Sponsors about their packages
  • Confirming deals the Fundraising Officer has arranged
  • Chasing the Treasurer to make sure the money has come in to the club
  • Organising the fulfilment of any Sponsorship packages
  • Recording all Sponsors and the deals they have with the club
  • Working closely with the Club committee

Examples of Tasks:

  • Sending emails to potentials Sponsors on behalf of the club
  • Communicating between Fundraising Officer and Treasurer
  • Making sure records are kept
  • Making sure we have someone to install any Sponsors signage
  • Assisting with various ad hoc tasks as they arise.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, an excellent organiser, and a natural leader who is passionate about the success of the club. Experience in working with computers, dealing with others, good communication, with the most important attribute being, a willingness to get involved and make a positive impact.
