The Niall Stringer Foundation is a charity close to our hearts.
Niall Stringer was a rugby loving young man who took his own life just months before his 18th birthday.
"The sadness of Niall’s passing inspired and prompted a reaction from all who loved him, and this began with the #NS10 movement.
His family, coaches, teammates and friends channelled their emotions and love for Niall into wanting to make sure they could help others in a positive way with the clear goal to promote greater mental health awareness and wellbeing in sports club and young people across the UK.
The rugby family around Niall and the wider community came together for the #NS10 Memorial Day.
The Charity has a mission and that is to get mental health first aiders into our sports clubs, so our kids have that extra support, someone else to be able to go to tell them about their feelings or problems.
KEEP TALKING - KEEP LISTENING - KEEP SUPPORTING
Over the past few years, officials and friends of Billericay RFC have supported the Foundation in many different ways:
We continue our support as the foundation is helping to deliver the important message about mental health and well-being, and offer important services to those who need them.
