As your outgoing President, it has been a profound honour to help guide our club forward. Like many before me, I have cherished working alongside dedicated volunteers to foster an environment where our club, particularly our Youth Section, can thrive.

In recent years, our Youth Section has made remarkable progress, thanks to the outstanding leadership of Paul and Mark. The positive impact they are making on the lives of young people, including my own son, is immeasurable.

Witnessing the realisation of our ideas, from The Beehive and Christmas Parties to the ever-improving Beefest, stands as a testament to the collective efforts of many. These initiatives have cemented our reputation as a true community club.

To our Seniors, I would have loved the opportunity to don the jersey alongside you all. You hold a special place in my heart, and I treasure the camaraderie and spirit within the club. If I played even a small part in creating this atmosphere, I leave my position a happy man.

A heartfelt thanks to everyone who supported me throughout my tenure. Billericay Rugby Club has swiftly evolved into a family club dedicated to serving our community.

Every man, woman, and child is warmly welcomed to experience the core values of rugby that emphasise family, enjoyment, and belonging.

Whether you wish to play rugby at the senior level or as a youth member, there is enjoyment to be found at every stage. Supported by our incredible volunteers, the culture at BRFC is unparalleled.

Though we may not always see the best results on the pitch, the positivity, supportive behaviour, friendship, and camaraderie within our club are second to none. It is this culture that brings out the best in people and drives our club forward.

We are seeing sustainable growth across all teams, from Baby Bees to Seniors, with ambitions to elevate the club to greater heights. Our members, volunteers, and players will continue to make Billericay RFC the very best in Essex.
