On Saturday 31sy August
Our annual club clean up day.
This is when we ask volunteers to help with tasks around the club ahead of the start of the season.
If you are a member, a player, a parent or local person who just wants to help, please let us know if you are free for the morning.
Bacon rolls and tea will be suppled for those who can help out, but we need some peeps with equipment too.
Ladders, Jetwasher, Hoses, Strimmer, Mowers, Brushes, fence paint, gardening tools, wheel barrows, shovels, the list goes on.
Just some of the jobs we are looking to do on Saturday:
Clubhouse:
- Dust roof tiles, entrance hall and stairs
- Hand trophies and Twickenham pictures
- Sort out storage
- Clean the floor
- Move sofa to entrance
- Sort, clean kitchen area and clean dishwasher
- Jetwash balconies
- Hang Notice board
- Paint wall and woodwork around upstairs shutters
Changing rooms:
- Clear out, clean, refs room and then paint the floor
- Jetwash Showers
- Clean hallways, changing rooms and Rob's room
- Hang pictures and changing room signs
Containers:
- Clear away all items in from of containers
- Sort first container
- Sort rugby kit containers
- Clean rugby kit
- Clear in between containers - strimmer and mower required
Driveway:
- Clean signs and gate - buckets and sponges needed
- Paint fence
- Trim Trees etc
- Move rubble
- Relocate Red & White barriers
Beehive:
- Sort & clean
- Clear rubbish and general tidy up
- Strimmer around the outside
- Hang notice board
- Strim along the fence where sponsors signs are
